Linkbase provides a digital presence platform that allows users to create shareable pages containing links, contact information, and files. We also offer professional services including SEO, AI agent development, and web design and hosting.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create on Linkbase. By posting content, you grant Linkbase a limited, non-exclusive license to display and serve your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for billing issues.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Professional Services

For SEO, AI agent, and web design services, specific terms, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms and project scopes are defined per engagement. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Linkbase name, logo, platform design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Linkbase. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our branding or platform code without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your pages will be unpublished and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkbase operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are using the Service from outside that jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
